How to Set It Up

1. Find the Store Order Summary Notification

In your Shopify admin, head to Settings → Notifications → Staff Notifications and look for Store Order Summary.

2. Choose Your Preferred Send Day

Select the day of the week you want your summary delivered.

3. Add Recipients

Add the email addresses of everyone who should receive the report. This might include:

  • Store owners

  • Marketing team members

  • Operations or fulfilment leads

  • Freelancers or consultants

4. Check User Permissions

Make sure recipients have the store order summary checkbox enabled:
