I worked on upgrading the Shopify theme to create a more visually engaging and user-friendly site, ensuring Harrison Cropper’s handmade soft furnishings and trending homewares are showcased with clear brand USPs. A refined category structure makes it easier for both the team and customers to navigate the full collection, improving product discoverability and merchandising.
The site’s design prioritises upselling features and a seamless shopping experience, with an optimised checkout process and a post-purchase survey to enhance customer insights.
To support ongoing growth, I've implemented a comprehensive email marketing strategy using Shopify’s native tools, setting up automated flows such as welcome emails and abandoned basket reminders. Custom email templates ensure brand consistency while driving engagement and conversions.
